Complaint Supertech: Electricity Issues & Refund for Per KV extra charges of 25k to every Owner

Dear Capetown Residents/Owners,
We need your support to fight against Builder and Management for Electricity Related issues at Capetown. We are also going to take a refund on exorbitant charges paid to Supertech for Extra KV which is approximately INR 25k to 30k per flat.

This Email is in regard to why the Residents of Supertech Capetown are being overcharged for buying 1 KV for 25 to 30k?

1. Even after Notice from PVNL, Why no action has been taken?

2. Why are the residents being looted openly at such high prices?

3. Why Capetown does not have sufficient electricity load?

4. Why are we paying such high CAM rates for poor electricity load supply?

All the residents should be refunded for the amount overcharged for buying extra KV load. Please consider this email as an official notification from Residents of Capetown. Capetown Residents forum will wait for 1 week, which is till 6th June 2020. failing to respond in this regard will bound us to take legal action.
