Who is IRP
Supertech is under Insolvency and IRP (Interim Resolution Professional) has been assigned to take over Capetown & North Eye.
Why No TO Project Resolution Plan
- Unregistered Buyers will have to Pay a Land Due bill of 500Cr + which will approximately amount to 7 to 10 lacs per Unit, if IRP takes over. So under IRP each unregistered owner will have to pay 7 to 10 lac depending on area to get Registry. Exact Figure in Document attached
- Sale of Public Amenity area of Capetown by IRP to recover Pending Dues of Builder. Why should Capetown Public area be sold to recover losses of Builder.
- Pending Handover of 700+ unit owners will have to pay additional charges of 7 to 10 lac for there Units if IRP takes over Capetown and North Eye.
- Financial Activities will be Under IRP and not Capetown Owners for at least 3 to 5 Years.
- IRP has not mentioned the pending work of Capetown like basement, Terrace and other dues pending work of society which the builder was supposed to finish.
Builder will get away under IRP banner and Capetown Society Owners will have to take the burden of 100cr approximately.
